If you have any ideas for additions to any of these programs,
or you have an idea for a new program, please send a message
to James Berry, at 2:254/199 (S/e/m/a/j BBS)

The program HST-owning sysop's have been waiting for. To obtain the
maximum throughput on an HST, you need to 'lock' your baud rate at
either 19,200 bps or 38,400 bps. This means that many of the earlier
on-line programs won't function, because they cannot handle speeds this
high. RA BitLoc works on all known BBS doors. You run RA Bitloc
before the door to 'unlock' your modem, then afterwards to re-'lock' it.
RAB102.ZIP [03] RA Bitloc v1.02. The comm-port unlocker.

FileSummary provides many of the features other programs provide and many
more besides. It does basically everything you could care to mention to
you FILES.BBS - anything it doesn't do isn't worth doing! Features
include: Automatic headers, generation of allfiles list, and newfiles
list, sorting of FILES.BBS under sub-headings, (note it works! This text
hasn't been sorted, has it?) file statistics generation, automatic
adoption of files, tidying of your FILES.BBS (so it's neat) and to top
it all, it's so quick that if you blink, you'll miss it!
FSM320.ZIP [04] FileSummary v3.20. The FILES.BBS utility.
────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
AutoMessage does for your messaging what FileSummary does for your FILES.BBS.
AutoMessage sends messages to people automatically, currently, it will scan
your RemoteAccess log (either FrontDoor or Opus format) for new users and
uploaders, and (optionally) send them a message (definable). It can also
send messages to people who have called a certain amount of times. It will
optionally send you an information message telling you about the usage of
your system, and lastly, it can import messages to a user, or users of
your choice. And of course, like all S/e/m/a/j programs, it's fast!
AM201.ZIP [06] AutoMessage v2.01. The Messaging utility.
────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
Unique as far as I know - this program sets the received flag on messages
to people with certain flags set, or certain message areas. The upshot of
all this is that you can stop sysops of other systems for receiving
numerous echomail messages which they have already read and replied to on
their own system.
RCV110.ZIP [02] RA Receive v1.10. The utility for sysops.
────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
NL-List produces neat human-readable listings from your nodelist, correctly
inserting international codes (definable) and substituting local codes.
Multiple lists can be produced.
NLL120.ZIP [02] NL-List v2.00. The BBS list creator.
────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
RA LogSum produces a report of the days activity to either printer, file
or screen. Currently only supporting Opus log format, this program is
due for an update.
RALOGSUM.ZIP [02] RA LogSum v1.00. The RA Log utility.
────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
Days produces an 'on-the-fly' listing of forth coming and fast events,
programmable by the sysop. Output can be re-directed to either a file
or directly to the COM port.
DAY120.ZIP [00] Days v1.20. The event handler.
────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
That's it... for the moment!
